- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Sale items (final sale)
- Items damaged by the customer
How to return

- Package your items securely with your name and order number
- Ship to the address we provide or arrange a drop-off
- Items must be returned within 5 days of return-request approval
Refund information
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return
