We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • • Original packaging preferred

Non-Returnable Items

  • • Custom or personalised wigs
  • • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • • Sale items (final sale)
  • • Items damaged by the customer

How to Return

  2. 2. Package your items securely with your name and order number
  3. 3. Ship to the address we provide or arrange a drop-off
  4. 4. Items must be returned within 5 days of return-request approval

Refund Information

  • • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return
